Chris Mohr, PhD, RD, CSSD    

Chris Mohr is a consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations including The Dairy Council, Lipton Tea, the Discovery Health Channel, Clif Bar, and the University of Louisville Athletic Department.

He is the sports nutritionist for Under Armour's Performance Training Council and, through his company, Mohr Results, Inc., he also lectures extensively to health care practitioners and fitness professionals nationally.

Dr. Mohr appears regularly on TV and radio as a nutrition and fitness expert. He has authored or co-authored several textbooks, including a sports nutrition textbook for Human Kinetics "Fitness Nutrition for Special Dietary Needs" and a book he consulted on with LL Cool J called "LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout."

Dr. Mohr has written over 500 articles for consumer publications, such as Men's Fitness, Weight Watchers, Men's Health, and Muscle and Fitness, to name a few and is the nutrition advisor for Men's Fitness Magazine. He has BS and MS degrees in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and the University of Massachusetts, respectively. He received his PhD in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh, is a registered dietitian, and a board certified specialist in sports dietetics. An athlete himself, Dr. Mohr is a finisher of the 2008 Louisville Ironman.
