Star-Studded Coaches' Clinics and Player Camps

It's already becoming a trend! Coaches are booking Athletic Edge Lacrosse (Matt Danowski, Joe Walters and Ben Shear) to share their expertise with area coaches and up-and-coming Lacrosse athletes.

Done: On March 29th, Athletic Edge Lacrosse presented their ground-breaking research of Shooting Mechanics to coaches in the Minnesota Boys Scholastic Lacrosse Association in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Coaches took away the latest information on how physical preparation affects mechanical ability, and how proper mechanics add power to the lacrosse shot. Also that day, the trio did a Shooting and Dodging clinics to players, with a three-pronged approach to lacrosse-specific fitness, shooting mechanics and dodging techniques.

Slated: For the 23rd of July is a 1-day Players' clinic for Go Big Lacrosse in Warrenton, Va.
